  I love this place. Like all the Barriques- friendly staff, excellent service, classy place, good drinks. It tends to be really busy but that's it's not there fault that they are so popular :)

  Barriques is easily my favorite Madison area coffee place and the Old Sauk and Middleton locations are my two favorite. They are usually pretty quiet compared to other locations and staff members are mostly friendly and knowledgeable. Old Sauk can get very busy in the AM because there is a huge business park right down the road, but that is too be expected. I won't stop in the morning unless I have a few minutes to wait. Overall one of my favorite spots in Madison

  Consistently great coffee, and a nice selection of specialty drink & food options (including some vegetarian / vegan). The Old Sauk location can be crowded during peak times making getting a table difficult, and I've had bad luck with the wifi from time to time.
