  Great food! There are so many options for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. The service is amazing. You get a dessert and hot towel when you are done. Highly recommend!

  My wife and I enjoy the lunch buffet. It has a good selection of meat and vegetarian options and several desert choices. The manager/owner gentleman has always been friendly. We've eaten dinner off the menu only once, and it was good, as expected.

  I had a great experience when we last visited Amber. About 20 minutes after we had sat down the power cut out due to a thunderstorm. I thought there'd be no way that they could continue to service our party of 8 without power. But they just kept going, they brought out a bunch of tea lights and (unnecessarily) apologized profusely for the delay of our meal. The food came out piping hot and was delicious! Definitely check out Amber if you're in the mood for great Indian food!

  Five of us went to lunch at Amber on 2/13/17. While the food from the buffet was fine, the wait staff are terrible at their jobs. I've never seen people move so slow except when they were under the influence. We arrived at 11:30 and were told that we could take a seat - but that the buffet wasn't ready. We waited w/empty water glasses. Various wait staff milled around doing nothing. After 10 minutes, we went to the buffet and came back w/our food - still no water. I went up to the bar area and asked and was told that the waiter would bring it, but 5 min later - still no water. I went up to the bar and got a pitcher and poured it myself. About 20 min later, one of my 4 eating companions asked for water, and after waiting for 5 minutes, she went up and got the pitcher herself, then the waiter came by and took it from her by grabbing the spout. He continued to fill water glasses after having handled the spout. In addition, One of my eating companions ordered soup and naan from the menu and it took 20 minutes to arrive. Finally, when I was paying for the meal, the cashier took 5 min. to make change. The cash register had all the coins mixed together, so he couldn't find the right coins. He had to go into the tip jar to find the coins. I've never seen a wait staff that was so inept. Luckily it is a buffet, so they aren't needed as much. I would hate to see what they are like if they have to actually serve meals.

  Had placed a carry out order, while my parents were visiting wanted to try something knew and my father something with flavor...the dishes were delicious and full of flavor. The safe were welcoming. Treated every guest the same. Asking guest how they enjoyed their meals, thanking and welcoming them back again. At time you may feel like a member of well the family. Amber Indian Cuisine is a great place to take friends and family for great food and atmosphere.
